Customer Account Manager

The Company:
Victory Design is one of the largest independent companies in the UK to provide materials, equipment, ancillaries and trade Services to the Clothing Industry as well as divisions supplying into the Signmaking & Digital Print Industry.

The role
Working within our garment marking team, you will be responsible for selling our wide range of garment personalisation products & services. You will be required to manage over 200 existing accounts across the UK whilst focusing on generating new business from outbound calls, product demonstrations & exhibitions/roadshows.

As a Customer Account Manager you will be required to meet the companies key performance indicators (KPI’S). You will have daily call times & profit targets to achieve in order to be successful in your role. These are regular reviewed in order to gauge & maximise your performance as well as highlighting any training requirements.

 

 

 


Our range of customers is vast, you will be dealing with Workwear, Leisurewear, Sportswear & Fashion retailers. You should be capable of speaking to a wide range of individuals, whether they are Sole Traders, Production Managers, Buyers, Managing Directors etc.


Key duties
 

  • To understand the full range of products/services offered by the company.
  • Answer all sales enquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring all contact information is accurately recorded in the database.
  • To ensure your personal profit target is met or exceeded.
  • Ensure call time targets are met or exceeded each day.
  • Order processing.
  • Credit control - ensuring customers have the means to pay.
  • To offer all customers excellent service by understanding their personal needs requirements.

Essential attributes

  • Self motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Punctual
  • Confident speaking to customers on the telephone and when meeting customers face to face
  • Ability to manage your own workload effectively
  • Previous sales experience in a telesales/call centre/retail environment is required
  • Industry experience not required as full training given

Holidays:  20 Days, Plus Bank Holidays

Hours:      37.5 hours Monday to Friday
