Salary £11k + uncapped bonus
The Company: Victory Design is one of the largest independent companies in the UK supplying a wide range of materials, equipment & trade services to both the Sign Making & Clothing Industry. Victory Imaging offers all customers a trade print service for producing digital prints on a wide selection of medias such as vinyl, banners, posters etc.
Hrs: 37.5hrs Monday to Friday
Holidays: 20 days plus Bank Holidays
The Role: Working within Victory Imaging, you will key to the successful organisation & smooth running of the sales department. You will work alongside both the production & sales department, liaising with customers to ensure all trade print work is produced to the specification & delivery date required. One of your main roles will be to produce quotations & samples for customers & discuss via email, on the phone or face to face, the customers requirements.
Key Duties:
- To understand the full range of products/services offered by the company
- Attention to detail & excellent administration skills are key
- Answer all sales enquiries promptly, ensuring all contact information is recorded correctly on our database
- Producing quotations on a wide variety of trade print products in line with customer requirements
- To ensure your teams profit objectives are met
- To offer all customers excellent service by understanding their needs & requirements
