Q - I have a problem with my computer crashing, and I need to re-install EasySIGN. How do I do this?
A - As with all other software, it may occasionally be necessary to re-install EasySIGN, e.g. following a serious hardware failure. We have a detailed help file available, showing how to "Re-install EasySIGN", which we can either fax or email to you. Please email support@victorydesign.co.uk and request this help file.

Q - I have installed EasySIGN and I would like to install the fonts that came with it. How do I go about doing this?
A - The Professional & Master versions of EasySIGN include 700 fonts, all are contained on the Library CD. These fonts are not however available with the starter version. If you wish to discuss upgrading EasySIGN to make use of the fonts and other advanced features, please email support@victorydesign.co.uk for a feature list and pricing information. We have a detailed help file available, showing how to "Install fonts into EasySIGN", which we can either fax or email to you. Please email support@victorydesign.co.uk and request this help file.

Q - I have re-installed EasySIGN, how do I add my printer/plotter?   A - After re-installing EasySIGN, it will be necessary to add your printer/plotter settings, this will enable EasySIGN to communicate with your chosen printer/plotter. We have a detailed help file available, showing how to "Re-install printers/plotters in EasySIGN", which we can either fax or email to you. Please email support@victorydesign.co.uk and request this help file.

Q - I would like to install a new profile for my printer/ I have re-installed EasySIGN and would like re-install the old profiles for my printer. How do I do this?
A - After installing or re-installing EasySIGN, you will need to install profiles and settings. Profiles are available on CD and can be requested from us. Please email support@victorydesign.co.uk to request one, please advise the make and model of your printer. We have a detailed help file available, showing "how to install profiles", which we can either fax or email to you. Please email support@victorydesign.co.uk and request this help file.


Q - I have a bitmap image, which I have imported into EasySIGN. How do I convert it to a vector image to send it to plot?
A - Not all levels of EasySIGN support vectorisation and it may be necessary for you to upgrade to a higher level of software. The vectorisation tool is only available in the Professional (monochrome) and the Master (64 colours) levels of EasySIGN.

Q - I have an image that I want to place in a circular mask. How do I do this?
A - Use EasySIGN's extensive help library to obtain detailed guidance notes on this matter.
Find the Help Menu, and select Help Topics. Within the topics you will find a section entitled "Masking", this explains how to use the mask tool.
