All deliveries are made on a next working day basis to UK mainland* when placed before 4.00 pm. Any order placed after 4.00 pm will be despatched from our premises the following day for next day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday after 4.00 pm will be despatched from our premises the following Monday for next day delivery.Please note that Victory Design Ltd will be closed for all public holidays affecting England.

Next day delivery to UK mainland addresses will be charged at £8.95 on orders under £125.

2-3 day delivery to UK mainland addresses will be charged at £7.50 on orders under £125.

Orders over £125 will be delivered FREE to England addresses.

Christmas Deliveries

Orders placed on 23rd December before 4.00 pm online and before 4.45 pm over the phone will be sent out for delivery on 24th December.

Items will be redelivered on 29th December if undelivered on 24th December.

Orders placed after 4.45 pm on the 23rd December will not be processed until 4th January.


If a delivery has been made and the goods are damaged, the customer is required to notify Victory Design Ltd within 7 days.If a return is made due to the customer no longer requiring the goods, a restocking charge may be applicable.For more information, please see our full terms and conditions.

Overseas deliveries

Overseas deliveries will be charged at £25.00, subject to weight. We will contact you if your order is over our weight restriction and we will give you our best quote. Alternatively please contact us by email or phone. If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on back order. We will notify you by telephone of the back order and Victory Design Ltd will then issue you with an expected delivery date. All other items on the same order will be sent as usual on the next day delivery. If the customer is not in to accept delivery of an order, the courier will leave a card to say that they have been to the address. This card will give the customer further instructions.
