
How do I know if my order has been received?
Once you have put in your payment details, a payment completed screen will be shown, this will give you an order number. You will also receive two order confirmation emails, one from Netbanx, our internet payment service provider and one from Victory Design Ltd. The confirmation from Victory Design will give you the exact details of your order.
What if only part of my order has arrived?
When will my order be delivered?
All deliveries are made on a next working day basis to UK Mainland when placed before 4.15 pm. Any order placed after 4.15 pm will be despatched from our premises the following day for next day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday after 4.15 pm will be despatched from our premises the following Monday for next day delivery. Please note that Victory Design Ltd will be closed for all public holidays affecting England. For further details see our delivery page. Clothing Orders must be placed before 1pm for next day delivery.
Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?
Yes, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Are receipts sent with deliveries?
No. Receipts are sent out with the invoices.
How do I cancel an order?
Please call (0870) 1654649 and cancel your order through one of our sales advisors.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, although you will be unable to take advantage of the reduced/special pricing and special offers of the website. The sales advisor will confirm prices over the telephone.
