Meet the team
Although we do employ 28 people, these are the brave souls that agreed to have their mugshot taken and plastered all over the internet.

Josh Tansley
What can I do to help you (my specialist knowledge)?
I’m currently learning the marketing ropes and consider myself very fortunate to be surrounded by a great team who look after me and share with me their years’ of expertise!
One of my specialist skills is mental maths so if you don’t have a calculator handy I may be able to help.
What do I do at Victory Head Office?
I provide marketing support to the Victory marketing team whilst also completing an apprenticeship in business administration.
One of my main responsibilities is to ensure that our database contains only clean data. In addition to data cleansing I’m also responsible for gathering data for our email campaigns. So the chances are I may have called you!
I’ve also started to try my hand at writing some articles for our blog
Fascinating facts!
I have an amazing capacity for recalling trivia – particularly geography. I can name every capital city in the world, every national flag and all the states of the USA.
I’m also a very fussy eater; my diet is mainly chocolate, Red Bull and sweets! This drives everyone in the office mad as I’m stick thin and my teeth are still gleaming and white. In fact I’m so beautiful I’m a part-time model – it won’t be long before you see me in my Calvin Klein’s strutting my funky stuff.
Despite my appalling diet I’m an avid athlete and my school record for 400m still stands (53 seconds).
I have an irrational aversion to umbilici (or belly buttons) – even if it belonged to Taylor Swift it’d still freak me out....
Rebecca Culf
What can I do to help you (my specialist knowledge)?
I am in the accounts and admin department so my specialist knowledge comes from my on and off site training of AAT. I can help you with missing invoices, payment, setting up accounts and any paperwork.
What do I do at Victory Head Office?
As I am still in training for my level 4 I don’t do much (real) accounts, so I spend my day doing any filing that needs to be done. I sort through web orders so if they are ever wrong please don’t blame me and most of all I take money off of our wonderful customers!
Fascinating facts!
By the time I was 16 I had travelled through a lot of Europe. In Paris I was able to see Napoleon’s tomb in all its ‘marbleness’ and had the grand tour of the Notre Dame. I went to the Volvic Mountains (yes the water) St. Tropez, Cannes and Monaco (my favourite place in the world!) to go sightseeing and go around the Formula One Track/Road. Then travelling through Italy to see Shakespeare’s Juliet’s balcony in Verona (definitely not what you would expect!!), around Lake Garda, Venice and Milan. We went through Switzerland and Belgium. All in 3 weeks. It was a great holiday.
I have a massive obsession for shoes that I once bought a pair of Christian Louboutin’s and when they came they were too small. Even though I ordered my size!! I loved them that much I couldn’t bear to send them back or resell them.
I have a lot of ‘blonde moments’ even though I am Auburn. Like one time I thought Mexico was a small island off of Africa and Brazil was in Europe. My knowledge of geography is horrific.

Fascinating facts!
I was a RAF Reserve Officer for eight years during which time I was the Squadron Commander for Eckington Air Training Corps, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there especially organising the Duke Of Edinburgh Award Scheme.
I completed the Nijmegen International four day march in The Netherlands – a 100 mile road march.

Sales, sales and more sales!
Having spent most of my career in sales I have experienced all the highs and lows but mainly highs – if you want to talk about sales strategies I’m your man.
What do I do at Victory Head Office?
I am on the board of directors in my role of Sales Director. But above all I’m the lucky one who gets to visit our customers – if you want to know what’s hot and what’s not in the world of signmaking, garment printing and print media I think you’d struggle to find anyone more knowledgeable than me!
Fascinating facts!
I love my holidays and have been fortunate to travel to some amazing places – it’s difficult to pick a favourite but you’d be going some to beat my trips to Thailand (because of the amazing food and friendly people) and Australia (because of the fabulous beaches).
I once met the Queen, well in passing. She went by my house in 1981.
We (Victory) currently hold the Guinness book of records for producing the largest newspaper for The Sun. I have the certificate to prove it!
When I’m not at work I love to chill out with a lovely vino and kick back to the tunes of the one, the only Luther Vandross....

Fascinating facts!
I’m an aspiring stand-up comic and have already played countless gigs around the UK. Take a sneak peek of my material and give me some banter or to tell me to stick to the order taking!
I used to play in goal for Sheffield United U18s – I never kept a clean sheet, which may explain why I’m working at Victory and not gracing the Premiership week in, week out.
The biggest brush I've had with fame was when I shook Cristiano Ronaldo's hand when Manchester United played Sheffield United a few years ago.
Jo McMullan

Anything design related. I have been designing for a number of years now, using a range of design programs. I’m also a bit of an email marketing nut.
What do I do at Victory Head Office?
I design all of the marketing materials for the company which includes catalogues, leaflets, web graphics and promotional emails.
Fascinating facts!
I played the violin for many years and was a member the North East Derbyshire Music Centre. I only gave up when going out with my friends started to interfere too much (the orchestra met early every Saturday morning and wasn’t conducive to a lively social life). I’m now learning to play the drums.
I love to travel and have been lucky enough to visit some amazing places, including the unforgettable experience of honeymooning in Tokyo. I’d really like to go back there one day.
I’m a MASSIVE Strictly Come Dancing fan. I love the dancing, the costumes and especially the sequins. LOVE IT!

Accounts/Admin. My specialist knowledge comes from working at Victory for the last 13 years. I have qualifications in accountancy and management.
What do I do at Victory Head Office?
I run the accounts and admin of the company making sure everything runs smoothly.
Fascinating facts!
‘I am a bit boring cannot not think of any fascinating facts about myself. I lead an uneventful life!’ – or at least this is what Zoe wants you to believe... However, we’ve done some digging and found out that her Hen-do was in an army barracks in Chester. All she’ll tell us is ‘it was a civilised affair’ – we’ve heard different. What is they say about the ‘quiet ones’?!!

What do I do at Victory Head Office?
As one of Victory’s long serving Customer Account Managers I really enjoy talking to customers and developing great working relationships with them. If my customers are happy, then I'm happy!

‘I’m a Danny Dyer obsessive! I love all his films and he would be my ideal dinner date (just don’t tell my fiancé!).
I once met the actress who played Natalie Evans on Eastenders - she was shopping in Meadowhall!
I love holidays and by far my favourite one to date was with my fiancé in Turkey. The sea was so clear and the weather was amazing. I can’t wait to go back.

What do I do at Victory Head Office?
As Sales Executive I look after the Imaging department, source new business and nurture existing clients.
And the favourite part of my job? I love the challenge of growing the department and building new business relationships. Having a fantastic assistant too - I couldn't do my job without Charmaine!
Fascinating facts!
Quite possibly the most amazing fact about me is that I have a famous sibling – my sister is a former Playboy model. Of course I’m the real looker in the family, but don’t worry, I’ll be keeping my clothes on.
Like all the good folk at Victory I love my holidays – the highlight has to be the five capital cruise I recently took around the Baltic, taking in Denmark, Estonia, Russia, Finland and Sweden – it was absolute bliss!!
I’m a bit of a music fan too. I couldn’t name a ‘favourite band’ as such but I’m a big lover of early Trojan reggae, street punk and I love doing my moves to some classic Northern Soul.

Fascinating facts!
I trained as a bouncy castle engineer and designer but kept getting let down by the customers so decided to leave.
But perhaps the most amazing fact about me is my passion for street dance. I was a pioneer of the genre in the UK and my talents took me busking around the streets, strasses, plazas and piazzas of Europe. I was an early member of the hit dance troop Diversity, but due to injury I had to retire, plus they took exception to my penchant for bandanas.

Fascinating facts!
I played Premiership Rugby for seven years - albeit in Switzerland (and yes they do play rugby in Switzerland!) playing for CERN RUFC - yep the nuclear research people! However, my involvement with odd shaped balls (insert own joke here) is now limited to watching my son play. Although there is talk of me dusting off the boots and playing again – watch this space for tales of injuries and woe
My time in Switzerland allowed me to develop another passion; cycling. I have completed the Tour de Lac Léman (180km in one day of intensive cycling) several times. And I recently rode from London to Brussels (no, I wasn’t lost!) raising over £2000 for Marie Curie. I am currently planning to ride from Lands End to John O’ Groats hopefully in the summer of 2013....
I appeared on the TV quiz show Eggheads – and won!!
I was once asked to be on the judging panel of Ms. Air Stewardess of the year – but bureaucratic industry red tape got in the way.....

I used to live in Germany and in Cyprus – but I missed the wind and rain so much that I just had to come back to the UK.
When I have a spare moment I like to relax by tinkling the ivories and occasionally playing the violin.
I just love, love, love Christmas, as Andy Williams once sang it is quite literally ‘the most wonderful time of the year’!
