Delivery

All deliveries are made on a next working day basis to UK mainland* when placed before 4.00 pm. Any order placed after 4.00 pm will be despatched from our premises the following day for next day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday after 4.00 pm will be despatched from our premises the following Monday for next day delivery.

Please note that Victory Design Ltd will be closed for all public holidays affecting England.

Victory Design Orders are sent via TNT.

  • Next day delivery to UK mainland addresses will be charged at £9.75 on orders under £125.
  • 48 hour delivery to UK mainland addresses will be charged at £7.90 on orders under £125.
  • 72 hour delivery to UK mainland addresses will be charged at £7.40 on orders under £125.
  • Orders over £125 will be delivered FREE to addresses in England.

If collecting your order, our Customer Collection Point is open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Delivery of Chapter 8 kits
Chapter 8 Chevron kits are custom made products and are made to order. The conversion processes and rigorous quality control involved in the production of these products at Victory Design does sometimes result in a longer delivery time than many other products available on our website.

When you purchase a Chapter 8 kit online, you will receive a same day call from our team in order to double check the suitability of the purchased kit to the intended vehicle, discuss delivery options and any further requirements regarding your order.

Collection

Collection is also available from 1 hour after placing phone and web orders, all orders that are processed for collection will be available for you between 10am - 5pm. The cut off time when ordering for collection is 4pm. 

Returns

If a delivery has been made and the goods are damaged, the customer is required to notify Victory Design Ltd within 7 days.If a return is made due to the customer no longer requiring the goods, a restocking charge may be applicable.For more information, please see our full terms and conditions.

Overseas deliveries

Overseas deliveries will be charged at £26.95, subject to weight. We will contact you if your order is over our weight restriction and we will give you our best quote. Alternatively please contact us by email or phone. If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on back order. We will notify you by telephone of the back order and Victory Design Ltd will then issue you with an expected delivery date. All other items on the same order will be sent as usual on the next day delivery. If the customer is not in to accept delivery of an order, the courier will leave a card to say that they have been to the address. This card will give the customer further instructions.
