Our magnetic Chapter 8 kits are manufactured with usability in mind. Vehicle grade magnetic rubber is used for the base layer of our magnetic Chapter 8 kits. This magnetic rubber is 0.85mm in thickness, so even though it is extremely 'grabby', it is thin enough to barely be noticed.

We manufacture magnetic Chapter 8 kits from a number of high-quality reflective and fluorescent materials in both R3B compliant and non-compliant options.
The fluorescent yellow and reflective red materials are applied to the face of the magnetic rubber, which is cut to shape. Wherever you see a ‘natural split’ in an image of a Chapter 8 kit, this indicates each piece of the magnetic kit.

When we make magnetic Chapter 8 kits, the fluorescent yellow is ‘flooded’ onto the magnetic in one large piece, rather than being applied as chevron shapes. How to Maintain a Magnetic Chapter 8 Kit
Maintenance of a magnetic Chapter 8 kit is simple. When the kit needs to be cleaned, remove it from the vehicle and handwash the chevron kit with soapy water. Allow the kit to dry completely before re-applying to the clean vehicle surface.
If the kit is removed from the vehicle for storage, store the kit pieces flat. This will help to maintain the ease of application for next time the kit is required, as well as protecting the kit from dirt and dust.
