3 years FREE print head warranty terms and conditions
To activate and maintain the warranty, the following terms must be met:
- Use genuine Roland DG inks
- Register the device with Roland DG Connect
- Follow the recommended maintenance schedule
- Ensure the machine is registered on myRoland at installation
Warranty coverage
- Covered: Replacement print heads in cases of electronic failure or premature nozzle failure, provided required maintenance has been completed.
- Not covered: Accidental damage, head/media crashes, or non-print-head components outside the original 12 month manufacturer warranty.
