easiMARK Premium is a PVC free t-shirt vinyl. In this video, we see how easiMARK Premium is made and also how quick and easy it is to use. This t-shirt vinyl has a slightly tacky carrier, making weeding quick and easy. easiMARK Premium can also be heat transferred in just 10 seconds! With a popular colour range, including gold and silver, easiMARK Premium is the perfect choice for those looking for an eco-friendly garment personalisation product.
Description
Stock this one t-shirt vinyl to cover all of your cotton, polyester, polycotton and coated nylon/polyester applications – no more chopping and changing and altering the settings on your plotter.
Suitable for cotton, polyester, polycotton and coated nylon/polyester (depending on the type of coating).
- Cut mirror image and weed (blade new at 45 degrees, pressure 65gf, speed: 300mm/sec
- Apply heat sealable side down
- Press at 135°C for 10 seconds
- Wash up to 60°C
OR
- Press at 150°C for 20 seconds. Peel away the carrier when cold (not valid for gold, silver and fluos).
- Wash up to 95°C
