1. Select the correct inks
For optimum usability, Fedrigoni F-Print M96 monomeric film is printable with solvent, eco solvent, latex and UV inkjet printing inks.
The 96 µm film thickness grants good ink absorption without making the face film too soft, which allows easier application.
For trouble free printing with eco-solvent inks, we recommend Roland Eco Sol Max inks for use with F-Print M96 monomeric film.
2. Store rolls correctly when not on the printer
Properly stored rolls of digital media can mean the difference between clean, crease free media and a product that loses you time and money. To keep F-Print M96 media ready to use and in tip top condition, we recommend:
- Store media rolls upright, rather than stacked on top of each other. A vinyl roll rack can help.
- Make sure your media storage area is as dust free as possible.
- The temperature should be around 23C for optimum conditions.
- Use vinyl clips to keep print and lamination film rolls neatly wound.

3. Make sure you're using the correct ICC profile
Each printer will have its own specific ICC profile to match each media you use. The Colorbase Toolbox comes recommended by Fedrigoni for finding the right ICC Profile for your print media.
4. Minimise contamination during handling
To ensure the best possible print results, minimising contamination of the surface of the digital media during application is key. Wearing specially designed gloves can be perfect for exactly this!
