Given the current Covid-19 situation we would like to encourage all of our customers to stay safe and follow the Government guidelines at this time.
At Victory Design, we have been working safely to Government guidelines throughout and continue to do so in order to help keep our staff and customers safe. We have worked hard to meet a rise in demand for our products and services and have looked closely at our working environments and processes to ensure that we continue to work safely.
Telephone (01246 570570), emailed (sales@victorydesign.co.uk) and online orders will still be processed and our 24 hour delivery service has been reinstated (orders placed on a Friday would be delivered the following Monday). All orders over £125 are eligible for FREE next day delivery.
As always, orders can be placed online at any time of the day or night (orders placed on a weekend will be processed as of 9am on Monday morning).
Regarding our trade counter collections:
We would encourage all customers where possible to have their orders delivered. In the event that something is urgently required, our trade counter is open Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm. Simply place your order, allow an hour for it to be picked and then call us when you’ve arrived. We will then place your items outside the warehouse doors and no signature will be required.
