Each roll of vehicle grade magnetic is 610mm wide.
Each roll is 30m long but due to current courier restrictions, it may not be sent in 1 continuous length.
Our 610 magnetic vinyl is 0.85mm thick making it a flexible magnet-based vinyl.
The recommended method is to let the magnetic warm to room temperature, apply one edge straight and slowly add the rest. Do not try to reposition once applied as it might cause the material to stretch and deform.
After its applied, once a week the magnetic sheet should be removed and any water residue removed and dried before re applying it. To clean the magnetic, warm water and mild detergent with a soft cloth is recommended to clean it.
Our vehicle grade magnetic sheets are sold ready to be printed on. No further preparation is needed before printing, besides cleaning.
The recommended guide lines for storing vehicle grade magnetic vinyl are to roll it up loosely (the smallest circle being a minimum of 3-inch diameter) with the magnetic side inside. Or store it on a flat smooth surface with nothing on top, to prevent any wrinkles or damage to the roll.
