Ri-Jet M96 PE Series is a premium self-adhesive monomeric vinyl film designed for large-format digital printing on flat surfaces. This Blockout digital media has a permanent grey adhesive with Airflow technology, which enables the easy removal of trapped air during application. Its UV-stabilised construction delivers excellent outdoor colour durability for up to 3 years, making it ideal for a wide range of indoor and short- to medium-term outdoor signage and graphics.

Engineered for outstanding print performance, the 96-micron film provides excellent ink absorption while maintaining the rigidity needed for smooth, hassle-free application. It is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV inkjet printing technologies.

The high-quality 140 g/m² PE-coated liner provides excellent dimensional stability, ensuring smooth feeding through printers and consistently high print quality.

Airflow technology helps trapped air escape during application, making the film easier to apply smoothly. Airflow versions should be applied using the dry application method.

Lamination is recommended to protect printed graphics from UV fading and mechanical abrasion. Ri-Lam M70 Clear Gloss or Matt can be used as an overlaminate.

It offers up to 3 years of expected vertical outdoor durability in Central Europe, depending on exposure and environmental conditions.

It is designed for application on clean, degreased and mainly flat surfaces. The minimum application temperature is +10°C.

Ri-Jet M96 PE is supplied in 50-metre rolls.

Yes. The range includes permanent and removable adhesive options, including versions with grey adhesive and Airflow technology.

Printed media should be allowed to dry for at least 24 hours before applying an overlaminate.
