Fedrigoni Ritrama Ritrama Ri-Jet Deco-Wall M100 series is a self-adhesive film for large format digital printing, especially designed for short term wall advertising.
The monomeric calendered vinyl face film, UV stabilised, has an external colour stability up to 3 years, specially developed to be printed with solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV inkjet printing presses.

With its remarkably aggressive high tack solvent-based adhesive, the Fedrigoni Ritrama Ri-Jet Deco-Wall M100 series ensures secure adhesion to smooth wall surfaces. The 135 g/m² liner guarantees excellent flatness and printing outcomes.

Fedrigoni Ritrama Ritrama Ri-Jet Deco-Wall M100 is compliant with REACH & RoHS standards.

CONSTRUCTION

Facefilm: 100 μm monomeric calendered vinyl
Adhesive: high tack clear solvent-based acrylic
Release liner: clay coated kraft paper 135 g/m2

CONVERTING METHOD

Specially developed to be printed with solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV inkjet printing presses.
To achieve the best possible print quality, make sure that the correct ICC profiles or printer settings are used. The printed media should dry minimum 24h prior to lamination.
For indoor use, it is not mandatory to laminate the printed image. If a lamination is wished, we suggest Fedrigoni Ritrama Ri-Lam M70 Clear Gloss, Matt or Satin to protect the printed image from UV fading and mechanical abrasion.

APPLICATION METHOD / INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Suitable for dry application method on clean and degreased wall.
Application temperature above 15°C.
For poster application, we recommend leaving 3-4 mm unprinted area on poster edge.
Fedrigoni Ritrama Ri-Jet Deco-Wall M100 is not suitable to big surface coverage needing multiple overlapped width.

EXPECTED DURABILITY

The expected vertical outdoor durability in Central Europe (zone 1) is 3 years.
This information is based on real file experience and artificial aging according to ISO 4892-2.
Note: Exposure to severe temperature and ultra-violet light will cause a quicker deterioration. This applies also to polluted area, high altitude, horizontal applications, and south-facing exposure.
