When they recently found themselves with an unexpected situation and a print machine down, they needed help – and fast.
Finding a Solution
Steven Smith, owner of Eyecatching Signs, contacted the team at Victory Design to see what could be done. Having a long-standing relationship already with Victory Design, built around reflective vehicle marking products, banner material and finishing products, Steven picked up the phone and let us know his situation. With Roland Authorised Dealer status, Victory Design were perfectly placed to offer expert advice and to find possible solutions.
As this came out of the blue for Steven, Victory Design wanted to help minimise this unexpected cost, whilst still being able to provide a top-notch machine that would serve Eyecatching Signs for years to come. Kimberley, Sales Office Manager at Victory, had just the right printer in mind...
The Roland VG3-640
With a busy trade print and demo room of their own, Victory Design were looking to make some room for the latest Roland print technology by moving on one of their ex-demo units. The nearly new Roland VG3-640 was in perfect working order. At only 6 months old and only ever having used genuine Roland inks, this great piece of Roland print kit was also available with a full 12 month warranty – just as new.
A couple of conversations later, the perfect deal was struck and the wheels were put in motion for delivery and install.
Delivery and Install
Two weeks after Steven’s initial enquiry about a Roland printer, the Victory Design team were at Eyecatching Signs premises with the VG3-640, ready to carry out the installation. The printer was supplied with inks and installed by Victory Design’s Operations Director, Neil. Installation went well and within the day, Steven was back to full print capacity.
